Andy's Going Away Party!

After the Pumpkin Patch, we got together for Andy's going away party/housewarming party.  Andy is Chris' younger brother.  He is moving to Baltimore, Maryland in about two weeks.  We are so proud of him, but we will miss him so much!  It will be so hard to say goodbye knowing we won't see him until Christmas, but we couldn't be more proud of him and his new job.  We always knew that he would do great things.  Good Luck Uncle Andy!  We love you!

 

 

 

 

It's Fall Time! Mommy's favorite!

Anyone who knows me well, knows that I LOVE  the Fall!  I love the smell of firewood, the falling colorful leaves, the warm soups and chili's, and the cool weather.  (My fourth graders would be proud of my descriptive writing skills!) My birthday and our anniversary are in the Fall as well.  I also love Fall because of all the activities.  On Saturday, October 17th, we went to our church's annual Preschool Pumpkin Patch.  We had a great time, although the cold weather did run us inside sooner than we'd hoped.  We were able to take a Hay Ride up to the Pumpkin Patch and pick out our pumpkin.  Daddy had been driving the tractor until we got there.  Luckily one of our friends volunteered to drive it so Daddy could ride in the back with us.  Last year when I helped with the Pumpkin Patch I had just found out that I was expecting and couldn't wait to bring my little one to the Pumpkin Patch this year.
