K4 Graduation

Wow! I can't believe it is time for Eleanor to graduate from preschool!   This is such a bittersweet moment for me. These years really have flown by!  Her graduation ceremony was precious. First Baptist always has such creative programs.  Eleanor did a great job singing along with her friends. This year the theme was friendship, inspired by Toy Story's, You've Got a Friend in Me.  Eleanor and I both will miss our sweet friends at FBCPG; they have all been so good to us!

A friend loves at all times. Proverbs 17:17.

BIG Summer Blowout K4

Eleanor had a great time with her K4 friends at their Big Summer Blowout. They enjoyed inflatables, games, and a picnic lunch.  I was able to visit for a little while during my break at school and spend some time wth my cutie.

A Writer in the Making VIDEO

Eleanor is quite the story teller.  She loves writing little stories and narrating them.  I always love to hear her sweet little stories.

Riding a REAL Train (Field Trip)

Eleanor was so very excited to ride in a real train and Mommy was just as excited to be with her on her school field trip.  All of the K4 classes at First Baptist PG rode buses to Tuscaloosa to board a real train headed back to Birmingham.  We had a blast together!

Mrs. Long's Helping Hand

Eleanor was very excited to tell me about how she was Mrs. Long's Helping Hand for the day.  Apparently it is a big job to be the class Helping Hand.  According to Eleanor, you get to be the line leader, open and close the door, and run special errands for Mrs. Long to the Preschool office.  She was so very proud to tell Mommy all about it!

Eleanor's First Field Trip

Eleanor was very excited about her very first "away from school" field trip to Children's Theatre.  The K4 classes road the church bus, which I believe Eleanor was most excited about, to see City Mouse and Country Mouse at the BJCC.  Of course, she had so much to tell Mommy and Daddy about her first field trip.
