Kindergarten Camp

We are looking forward to a GREAT year in Kindergarten!  

Eleanor took part in Kindergarten Camp at Hueytown Elementary.  While she visited with other Kindergartners and learned what a school day would be like, all the Mommies met with the Principal, took a tour of the school, and practiced picking up the kiddos in the car pool line.  Although thinking about my little girl starting Kindergarten makes me so sad, I feel a little relieved to know how things will work at the school.

January Snow Days!!!

It snowed!!!!!! 

 I'm not sure who gets more excited about snow days this teacher/mommy or my child.....  There's just something so magical about INCLEMENT. WEATHER. DAY!!!  It's like SURPRISE, you get the day off to act like a kid again in the snow with your child!  Mommy had a great time making memories with her little snow angel!
