I remember, in the moment that I took these pictures, looking at her sweet little fingers and hands and thinking about how much I'm going to miss them as she grows up.
The way she gently handled each little heart shaped cookie.
How she didn't like when the dough got stuck between her tiny, little fingernails.
The look on her face as she watched them rise in the oven.
How proud she was of her cookies as she gave them to Daddy.
I know, I know! We were only making cookies- no big deal!
I can't help it. These little moments are my favorite.
